Designed by Scott Flanagan, the Starry Sampler quilt is finally being released as a stand-alone project after its original debut in McCall’s Quilting in 2021. This long-awaited version features Scott’s 4th & Main Favorites fabric collection, making it the perfect time to bring this striking sampler to life.

One of the standout features of the Starry Sampler is the use of the same block in multiple sizes—24", 12", and 6". These varying block sizes create movement and flow throughout the quilt, giving it the dynamic look sampler quilts are known for.

Unlike many of Scott’s quilts that highlight lighter background tones, Starry Sampler showcases a rich mix of darker background fabrics, allowing the light stars to shimmer across the quilt surface for added depth and contrast.
