Shipping Policies
During the Canada Post Labour Disruption we will be shipping by UPS and Canpar. We will absorb some of the shipping costs if they are higher than Canada Post, but unfortunately if costs are significantly higher, we may need to add a shipping surcharge. You will be given the option to cancel your order or hold you order for shipping in the event that shipping costs are too high.

Orders over 10kg may incur additional freight changes. Incremental fees will be billed based on our actual charges with customer agreement.
International shipping will be billed based on actually shipping rates.
Orders will be shipped from The Quilt Store via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or Canpar within 1 business day of the order being received. Expected Deliver is as follows:
- Local - 1 day
- Regional - up to 3 days
- National - up to 7 days
