This exclusive kit is prepared by QuiltieSisters for The Quilt Store and comes fully pre-cut and ready to sew. There’s no need for paper piecing, templates, or cutting, simply sit down at your machine and start stitching.
To enhance accuracy and make assembly even easier, each piece is precision cut using custom dies with notches for perfect alignment. The included step-by-step instructions clearly guide you through constructing the quilt top, with finished unit dimensions provided at every stage to support a smooth and successful finish.
The design is inspired by the Winter White Solstice fabric by Robert Kaufman, featured at the centre of the main blocks to evoke a serene forest after a storm. The quilt transitions from a dynamic, stormy centre to calm, tranquil outer edges, giving the design its name, Tempest to Tranquility.
