This review is a huge "thank you" to Paula at The Quilt Store West in Burlington. On October 29, I was in the area for another event and stopped in to the shop. Despite the busyness in the store and her frustration with some testy technology, Paula patiently listened to my story on how difficult my finding the small spool holders had been, was understanding, and helpful in getting a couple of packages ordered for me. They arrived at my home on October 31. I highly recommend this shop for its stellar customer service.
