I use Glide thread for quilting on my domestic machine. The shine and 40 wt gives the quilting a nice presence. The celery colour blends well with multi coloured fabrics.
Not many options out there for black stabilizer, and it's not a problem when this excellent product works so beautifully! Used to stabilize the backs of 18 t-shirts for use in a quilt. Easy to use and gets that knit fabric to work with cotton woven fabrics!

I had a lovely time discovering beautiful cotton fabrics at the Burlington Quilt store as I circled amongst the shelves. Much of the fabric was arranged according to colour which was very convenient. Prior to my arrival and after my phone call, staff had put aside fabrics I spotted online so I could go in and purchase them. On site, a very kind staff person helped me select some other pieces compatible with my intended wall hanging project. I also enjoyed picking up the Med tiles fabric for a future quilt. A group of women were in class working on their individual quilts and one of the staff or an instructor kindly told me about their project and, like the rest of the staff, was sincerely friendly and engaging.
Very personal service and help. Much appreciated by a newbie to the work of quilting.
The fabric was the perfect colour and I do love the texture and hand of this
fabric.
