A quilter's ruler used to make perfect picots or prairie points in a continuous row of material. The ruler measures 30 inches in length and 8 inches in diameter; made of durable, flexible polycarbonate plastic.
Finished Points: 2-inch height from top to bottom, 4-inch width at base.
