What to Expect

Every service appointment includes a comprehensive inspection and professional tuning of your machine. This includes:

  • Tension and stitch balance tuning

  • Full internal and external cleaning

  • Reset to factory-optimal condition

We ensure your sewing machine is running at its very best before it leaves our store.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule

To keep your machine running smoothly:

  • Regular users (daily or frequent sewing): Service every year or every 2 million stitches

  • Occasional users: Service every 2 years

  • New machine owners: A check-up within the first year is recommended to ensure everything is functioning properly

We Love Well-Used & Well-Loved Machines

Terry understands the sentimental value of sewing machines and treats each one with the care it deserves. Whether your machine has been in your family for decades or it's your newest creative partner, it will be in good hands.

NOTE: Machines must be picked up within 90 days of completion or by the date mutually agreed upon with The Quilt Store. Any machine not collected within this timeframe will be considered abandoned property and may become the property of The Quilt Store. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed machines at our discretion.
