Works without the foot pedal! I use a wheelchair and can't use my leg to control a normal foot pedal on a sewing machine, but the start/stop button on the Brilliant has made it possible for me to sew again. Awesome!!! (Now if only sergers and cover stitch machines did the same thing....)
I really enjoy shopping at the quilt store in person and online. I find the staff very helpful when I'm shopping in person. I purchased my sewing machine here and found the support invaluable. I shop online despite the $10 shipping charge (which is reasonable) bc honestlywith Amazon the shipping price is hiddenin the cost so this works out to be often much cheaper. The stock they carry is comparable to what I'd find in the US. The latest and greatest. Additionally I find that I get excellent service when I shop online. They will call me with questions about my order before shipping which i appreciate. So happy this store exists and it's close enough that i can pop in a couple times a year.
