The Palazzo BOM by Aurifil

We are pleased to announce Aurifil's 2024 Block of the Month Subscription.

The Palazzo BOM will launch in April 2024, featuring an exclusive monthly Foundation Paper Piecing quilt pattern designs by Kitty Wilkin (Night Quilter) in partnership with Aurifil's 50 wt. Colour Builders.  

The Palazzo BOM promises to transport you to the heart of Italy, encapsulating a rich and storied architectural history through the use of vibrant colour and contrast between fluid and angular shapes. We are confident that this program will be a source of inspiration and joy as you finish with a breathtaking quilt and an enviable Aurifil stash.

Initially introduced in January 2020, Aurifil’s Italian Color Builders are a capsule of twelve curated mini-collections inspired by (and named after) Italy’s most vibrant and colorful destinations. Each collection contains three large spools of 50wt thread, a warm, a medium, and a dark, within the location’s primary color palette. They have become our best-sellers - our go-to hues that quilters reach for again and again… a rich and instant thread stash.

In celebration of these perfectly curated beauties, we’re thrilled to introduce our 2024 Block of the Month Subscription and the latest chapter in our creative journey. The Palazzo BOM, which launches in April, features an exclusive monthly Foundation Paper Piecing quilt pattern designed by the amazing Kitty Wilkin of Night Quilter. Subscribers can expect to receive monthly patterns, tips & tricks, and exclusive videos from Kitty herself.

Aurifil will host a private FB Group for participants to share blocks, cheer each other on, ask questions, trade tips, and more. This BOM offers FPP skill-building, story-telling, a shared community, and all the thread to support you along the way!

The program begins in April 2024 and runs through March 2025.
