Description
This a beginner Friendly lap size quilt - approximately 53" x 68". It uses 2 1/2" strips of fabric making it ideal for "Jelly Rolls" , along with some background yardage and a border.
Supplies:
- Annie's Quilting Annie's Quilting - Stash-Busting Weekend Quilts pattern book
- 24 - 2 1/2" x width of fabric strips (avoid strips, directional or plaid fabrics)
- 1.6m background fabric
- 1.0m border fabric
- Not required for class - 0.5m binding and 3.5m for backing
- Sewing supplies; cotton thread, scissors, pins, seam ripper
- Rotary Cutter
- 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" or larger square ruler
- Fabric marking pen or pencil
PRE-WORK REQUIRED:
- Cut the background fabric into 24 - 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" squares
