Description
Make use of pre-cut 2 1/2" strips in this fun to put together lap quilt approximately 63" x 87" or 75" x 99" if you add a border.

Supplies:
- Pattern will be supplied in class book

36-42 Coloured 2 1/2" strips (the greater the variety the better!)
- 3.5m background fabric (use one fabric for best results)
- Not required for class - 0.6m binding (or 0.7m with border) and 4.8m for backing (or 5.5m with border)
- Sewing supplies; cotton thread, scissors, pins, seam ripper
- Rotary Cutter
- 6 1/2" x 24" or 8 1/2" x 24" cutting ruler
- Optional - 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" ruler (not necessary, but will come in handy)
- Optional - Creative Grids Stripology Ruler
PRE-CUTTING REQUIRED BEFORE CLASS:
NOTE: If you don't understand these instructions, please wait for class. It will put the sewing a bit behind but it's always better to be "safe than sorry!"
If you have a Stripology Ruler, this is when to use it!
Cut the following from the Background fabric - cut
- 72 - 1 1/2" x width of fabric (WOF)
- 8 - 3 1/2" x WOF if you are not adding a border OR 8 - 2" x WOF If you are adding a border
